[MV] M-38 doors

I am trying to find information on a hartop and doors for an M-38.
There is a plate on the door with the following info:

Cab Closure-Hard Top
For Truck 1/4 Ton 4x4
24-Volt Utility M-38 Willys G-740

Willys-Overland Motors, Inc Prime
