In my experience the Mule engine gets flooded very easily. If it doesn't
start
by the first 2-3 pulls, the spark plugs get soaked in gas. If that happens,
remove
the spark plugs, shake them off, and let the mule sit for a few minutes.
Hopefully
will start the next time you try...
