A club is comprised of members who contribute to the operation of the club.
If the club's directors can't even extend the decency of a reason, then the
people need to either get rid of the directors (which it looks like you
can't with 3 people who are not elected) or the people of the club leave and
start a new club.

What else is there to do? If you try and run for office to change things
and you are rejected for the ballot by being deemed "unworthy", how exactly
are you supposed to change things?
