Denny, the unit which the vehicle was assigned had its marking on the front
bumper and on the rear bumperetts. The vehicle registration number was
painted on both sides of the hood over the fender. The serial number was
stamped on one of the vehicles data plates located on the glove box door, and
was also stamped on the frame behind left front shock absorber mount (FORD)
or on a frame tage (WILLYS). Hope this gives you a better idea.
