David......... I can help (halfway at least):-
>From TB43-0209 Appendix D....... Max safe fuel acceptance rate ....... Truck,
Wrecker, 5-Ton, 6x6, M62 (and M816).........28GPM.
The TM above covers the markings (colour etc) on the Bridging Plate, however,
it does not give actual classifications.
For that you need to access a copy of FM5-36, which I am embarrassed to
admit, I don't have one!
Someone on the list must have a copy of FM5-36 somewhere...... keep
asking....
