[MV] M105A2 Parts Search

Hi, List
Just got my first MV, a M105A2, and can't find a set of wheel cylinders or
even cylinder rebuild kits. I've tried all the local parts chains and NAPA
all without result. Is there somewhere else I should be looking? These
trailers are still being used, so someone has to make or have parts for
them. Also, does the military ever supersede NSNs, or are updated parts
simply filtered into the supply chain under the original number? The reason
I ask is the only manual I have for the trailer is dated Jan '64, and the
numbers listed in it are what I have been using for my search. This could be
my entire problem. Does anyone out there have a newer print manual and be
kind enough to check if the numbers are the same, please?

cylinder, upper LH and lower RH p/n 8733928
cylinder, lower LH and upper RH p/n 8733929

on another page, it shows:

Cylinder assembly p/n 7412065 NSN 2530-741-2065
Parts kit p/n 8333443 NSN 2530-537-2210

I can't explain why there are two different part numbers listed for
supposedly the same wheel cylinder.

Thanks in advance for any help...
Jay
