Henry in California asked for info and a contact in the business offered
this info. The shipping charge he quotes is to go about 130 miles outside
Oakland, CA. Didn't know if might help someone else too so here it is for
whoever can use it.

Your costs may vary, caveat emptor, don't drink the water, I don't
know these guys at all and I've already forgotten everything I saw or heard
(they're in shipping and trucking - you figure it out!)
