[MV] price for M37, 1953 model

Hi all,
I've found an M37? (3/4 ton power wagon, 1953), with winch, seems all
original except starts on 24V and runs on 12V, some other small
modifications, and has a snowplow on it. Runs good. looks ok.
The guy wants 3,000 bucks for it, and I will see him tomorrow, so I need to
know if this is a good deal or not, can any one help me before tomorrow
morning at 8AM pacific time?
If I'm going to deal/horse-trade/bargain/dicker with him, I'd like to know
the value.
