There isn't actually that much to it, and anyone with a spare drum, band
assembly, cable and handle should be able to get it on there in a couple
of hours, even pulling the main drive coupling to re-fit the drum wouldn't
take that long, and it does work 'adequately' when it's there.
No other jeep owners round your way ?
