[MV] trailer question: USMC or US Army?

My '64 M101 3/4-ton cargo trailer has the same "loops" I see on USMC M37's,
for dockside lifting into cargo ships (I'm told). The loops are ~ 3/4" diam
steel, about 4" tall X 3" inside width, welded near each corner of the unit.
Q: Did all trailers have these, regardless of size (3/4T, 1 1/2T, etc), or
were these just for Marine Corps trailers, like the trucks? Do I have a
USMC trailer even tho the data plate (and stencilled marking) say U.S. Army
