Hello!
Henry's thinking of getting some for his M35A2. He should realize not all
locations allow them. I was surprised on arriving in Wisconsin that both
studs and tire chains are illegal! They used to be allowed,
but...progress?? Guess it's because there's no mountains, but of course
they tear up the roads, too. Oregon allowed studs (some years back), but
only in winter months. - mazo mike
