I decided to add a radio and antenna to my GPW. I have the engine radio
shielding equipment and all the antenna parts. I'm looking for a good radio.
Where is the correct or typical place to locate the antenna base?
On the drivers rear quarter panel over the star? (The base sticks out quite
a bit)
On the back over the trailer socket? (This interfers with the top holdown
strap.)
Over the trailer socket?

PS- About that gun control thread.........Our rights will never be taken
from us all at once. They are are slow constant erosion process. I believe
it was George Washington who said " The second amendment is the linchpin
that holds all the other amendments together."
We must fight for any infringements on ANYONES Liberties, or there will be
no one to fight for ours!
