[MV] WTB or help needed or both....

Some time ago I borrowed my dad's genuine US govt surplus military vehicle
battery charger, model FBC-20, made by Sun electric.
Used it to boost M123A1C, & became distracted truck ran few minutes with
charger attached. Now doesn't have output. Checking internally I have the
28+ volts at rectifier, but not at point unit plugs into slave receptacle.
Internally there are 5 ford-type starter solenoid relays. I get voltage
through some not others. Buddy of mine took to battery charger shop, but
they were no help, although they did replace relays that voltage wasn't
passing through.
Sun has few people who have a clue what kind of charger I'm talking about,
even when I furnish model & serial number.

Soooo,
Any of you folks have one of these for sale?
Or got ideas on what to do to fix this one.'

Worked like champ 'til I hosed it up, much better than civy chargers for
charging MV batteries and boosting.

While I'm at it, any ideas on what would make M123A1C consistantly slow to
turn over, despite changing (and charging) all 4 batteries and slaving off
with a running M35A2?
Thanks,
David Doyle
