Subject: [MV] Master cylinder help request.

Hi Listers,

To test the MC, I place it in a vice, albeit in the vertical plane, seal
the outlet with a brass blank and fill it with fluid. By my reckoning, it
should be almost impossible to move the piston at all - right? If not,
does anyone know why?

Does my having it in the vertical make any difference?

Thanks in advance.

[users] Gavin,

Unless you bleed the air between the piston and the plug it will move a bit more than you would expect otherwise
it should move no more the a new one in a car/ truck whatever. Best of luck!!!
