[MV] TD-9 steering clutch Challenge....

I just spoke to my local International dealer. He told me that he has NEVER
had anyone be able to free up the steering clutches on an International TD-9
once they were frozen.

Each clutch is a dry 11 disk pack mounted in the hull of the machine. As I
got this US Army TD-9 crawler crane for only $200 and it is like brand new,
I need to overcome this challenge. I am open to suggestions short of taking
the whole thing apart which is a major job in addition to the problem of
having to move it soon as the people I bought it from are moving soon.

Suggestions?

Steve
