[MV] military trailer brakes

Does anyone know of a good way to use the air over hydraulic brakes on
a military trailer with a conventional civilian vehicle? My brother in
law is using a 1 1/2 ton trailer to carry 3000 lb tank and would like to
use the brakes too. He's pulling it with a full-size Ford Bronco. Is
there a commercial system around to perform this adaptation?

Appreciate any info/experience!

P.S. I already suggested buying and using a military truck to pull it
but he's starting his own lawn spraying business and is too financially
strapped at present to consider this:(
