Here in the U.S., telephone cables must be min. 18 ft above the center of a
roadway and 16 ft at the road's side. Cable TV mounts, at the pole, about
12-18 in. above phone and power lines 4 or more feet above the phone cable.
If your antenna is 18 or more feet, it can and will catch one of those
cables.
