I have had a good experience with "Titles Unlimited" in Alabama,
to get a title for my Harley 1942XA. Fast and efficient. It
allowed me to have a "out-of-state" letter of title, an AL
registration and a notarized bill of sale with which I "could"
have registered the bike in California. But it was in France and
the French DMV needed that title to get it registered in France,
where "XA Number One" is now. There is also another fellow named
Steve Allyn, he advertises in the "trades" I think...

TITLES UNLIMITED
p.o. Box 590146
Birmingham, AL 35259
1-800-325-8136

I hope this helps
