The Bag, B-4B is a folding suitcase invented just prior to WW II which has
no relationship to any MV - it is part of the flyers kit and was made for
flyers; later adapted for use by all hands, it was commom even among us
ground pounders but never associated with any MV. It has nothing to do
with any MV, anyone who told you that is does is unauthentic themselves
even though they may have had one and have ridden in a jeep. The B-4B has
absolutely NO RELATIONSHIP to any MV except one with wings....
If you REALLY want one, go to any Army-Navy surplus store, and if you do
not find it immediately, you will shortely thereafter.
