[MV] solid state flashers

After a about a year of fussing (most of the body off for paint)
my M-37 is coming back together. I got it out and went for a
ride this weekend and have run the last little problem down.
The solid state flasher unit seems to have quit. All other
lights working. Power to the flasher but no blinkers. Took the
flasher out of the circuit and replaced it with cheap two prong
flasher and away they go. Is there any test to evaluate one of
