[MV] M880 ignition questions

I'm trying to find out if the M880/M886 series vehicles used regular
spark plugs and wires or did they use the normal military style plugs?
Were these vehicles set up for 12 volts or 24? Also, did they have
points type distributors or electronic ignition?
