[MV] Question For Hummer/Hmmv drivers

I'm looking into putting a Detroit "True Trak" diff unit into a truck.
This is supposedly the same design as the Gleason Torsen that is used in the
Hummer/Hmmv. I'd like to hear from anyone who has an opinion about how
these diff units operate compared to say, an open diff, a traditional posi,
and a detroit locker. It is quite obvious how the work gear drive system
works, I'm just wondering how it would corner under load (accelerating), as
it looks like it might start to do a similar move that a Detroit locker does
whereby the outside wheel will pull ahead for the worms to turn free and
thus your driving essentially on the inner wheel only? Not sure about this,
any detailed info on how they work in practice would be appreciated.
Replies in person would be ok.

Thanks,

je
