Dave,
I was just about to respond to Greg with the same info you supplied. I have
been insuring my antique cars and mil-vehicles with JC Taylor since 1973.
My wife was standing on a box to help me wash our '68 Chevy pickup. The
box tilted, she fell and her legs went under the truck. When she instinctively
reacted by jerking her right leg back she suffered a very severe gash on her
shin. Emergency room right away. We submitted the bill to our health care
insurance provider and it was rejected due to the accident involving a motor
vehicle. I then submitted the bills to JC Taylor. A rep called and asked me a
few questions, then said everything would be taken care of and to send any
future bills related to this incident to them. I asked how it would affect my
rates and he (truthfully) said it wouldn't. All bills were promptly paid.
These
people are very military vehicle friendly! They are lenient in allowing some
non-club miles and other unrelated non-historical vehicle
use per year,
whereas New Jersey doesn't allow any "other use" miles when tagged
Historical Vehicle.
