Hello, I have a nice M1009 CUCV Blazer. It is rust free with a new
Marine Corps paint job. Kind of a lighter shade of green like a leaf color.
Drive train is tight and strong and was driven to Michigan this past spring.
It was about a 30K mile Blazer but has a different speedo saying about 70K.
(Speedo cluster was missing) Floors were recently "Rhino Coated" at a $500
cost and runs perfectly. It has been "noise proofed" to a much better
standard. Seats nice and have those canvas seat covers in the front. Dash
pad is new; painted correct color and has new tires, shocks, batteries,
brakes and steering column rebuilt. Engine block heater installed and also
has a new windshield. Has a correct Chev console between the seats painted
the
correct color also. A clean machine and you can get in it now and drive
home anywhere! Have $8200 invested but will take $7500. Far-far better
machine than what you can buy from surplus or others at their price of
$5500-$7500. Has antenna brackets with no modifications. (24Volt bus
strip
inside right rear for radio installation. Everyone is bragging about their
$7500 Blazer recently purchased from a surplus dealer with not much more
than a paint job!
Sincerely, Julian Burke 423-691-0821 evenings.
