[MV] Some good news about De-milling

Lee Holland called me today. We have been chatting about one particular
de-mill issue, that being wether or not Oshkosh trucks, HEMMT's in
particular, had a mutilate/destroy requirement on them. The official word
from the army is that they DO NOT have any destructive demil requirement.
Now we just have to wait a few more years for them to start disposing of
some of them.
