Actually, I've found the reverse .. I have an MEP16, 3KW,
4-cyl generator set..
After running it for an event, like amateur radio field day,
I run the generator completely empty and drain the carbureter.
Doing this means that the next time I use it, it won't be fouled
with stale and varnished fuel that clogs the carb !!
