In the UK employers refused to give everyone the day off for the
millenium, saying they didn't want to create a precedent.

Nice of them to worry about their descendents in the year 3000, isn't it ?
They couldn't possible just be a shower of mean !"£$%^.

Obligatory military content : Someone out there has to have a set of
tailgate hinges for an early 1/2 ton Dodge pickup, I need a set for my
1940 VC 3 and no one seems to have any on offer (except Buzz, but his were
part of a complete pickup bed that really shouldn't be parted out)

Anyone got a loose pair in usable condition ?
