Jonathon and Antione both have some very good points to make. And I have
to admit I haven't really studied the issues concerning expectation of
privacy and the internet. (Are the Supremes taking this one up during
this session?) However I think it boils down to whether our
communication on the list are a private discussion or are we on a party
line? (Now how's that for declaring myself as an "old guy"?) I don't
believe that issue has really been settled, but I think it is pertinent
to this thread regarding the MVPA.
