you are looking at the m151a1 marine rear sling modification kit. installed at
the factory on all true marine contract m151's. were very plentiful 10 to 15
years ago, but have become harder to find now.
also installed on all m718 ambulances to beef up the rear body for ambulance
extension mounting.
