[MV] Large Antique Military Vehicles

I've been reading with fascination the many and varied stories of large
vehicle licensing requirements throughout the USA. Some of these
accounts are quite informative, some are quite humorous. With that in
mind, may I relate the following? I have a 193? Cumberland Army bus,
mechanically perfect, repainted to original Army colors that has
numerous white stars all over it. It contains the original 42 seats,
faithfully restuffed with oat straw. Each seat is occupied by a
uniformed manakin(spelling?). Every passenger is quite overweight so I'm
exceeding GVR many times over and I have no turn signals, a teensy,
weensy outside mirror, a brake that clamps around the drive shaft, and
regrooved tires. There are no stop lights, just a big sign that hinges
outward with the word "STOP". I use an antique license plate that I
found in Quartzite, AZ, out in the desert. I think it came off a 1923
Army mule. Question: Since I'm a veteran and senior citizen with a
slight handicap, do I need a driver's license at all?

Bless you all, Ye Ole Timer
