YES IT HAD PA ANTIQUE TAGS

and at the hearing the "all original equipment" argument held no water with a
district justice who had safety on his mind. never mind the original b.o. tail light
set up and no turn signals.

also don't forget that in pa, if your lighting doesn't pass current state
inspection, i.e. turn signals and 2 brake lights you can't legally drive after dark.

after 25 years of antique and classic tag use in pa i've seen a lot of hassles.

by the way if you use a restored antique road tractor with antique tags and trailer
to haul your 1/2 track in pa the pa dept. of trans will tell you they aren't sure if
you need a cdl or not. the pa state police will say the same thing. they both also
said better get one to be safe, because it would be up to the officer that pulls you
over and the magistrate who hears the case.

as for other states each states law will apply to you even if your vehicle is
registered in a different state. i.e. motorcycle riders from maryland (non helmet
law state) must wear a helmet in pa.
