[MV] M37 T-245 engine rebuild data plate identification

I just bought an engine out of a 1962 M37B1 which has a gov't rebuild plate
on it.

Plate reads T245-14686
.60 over on the pistons
-.20 under on the bearings
Overhauled at A2551B 2
Date 9341

Can anyone tell me where this was rebuilt and what date? Is the date 4/1/93?
The generator also has a rebuild tag of A2551B Date 9247
