If the truck is moveable, then take the thing to a tire shop that deals in
big truck tires.. If not, check for one that has a field service truck.
These trucks have a big compressor mounted on them and monster impact
wrenches. If you want a thrill of your life, change an inside dual on a
loaded logging truck in the mud and the slop on the side of the road. It
