The truck can only be up to a 1945 Chevrolet.

There are two levers by the parking brake lever. One is in front of the
other. The front one is the front axle engagement lever. Front axle engaged
when towards the firewall. The other lever is the high-low transfer lever.
High range is towards the seat. You can only have low range with the front
axle engaged because of this arrangement.

It it was a std mil dump truck, it would have two levers on the drivers side
of the transmission shifter. One for the PTO engagement and one to control
the pump/fluid in the hoist.

The truck cannot be driven without the reverse lockout. You will miss 2nd
almost every time and put it into reverse...
