BEWARE...if your truck already has a front winch you will need and accessory
drive for the pto to drive rear winch, and these are hard to find and tend to
be expensive. If you don't have a front winch, then you'll need the PTO as
well as the accessory drive.
You can't just reverse the shaft on the pto to go out rear as because of
interference with a crossmember you won't be able to drive anything.
The other option is to add a pto to the transfer case, as is used on military
530B and 530C 6x6 firetrucks...I don't know what else may use this pto, but
haven't seen many of them around either.
