Hello Jon, I was simply making a statement of reality. I never said that I
didn't like them. I have 5 each M-151's in perfect condition (3 A2's). I
like them too BUT, this still doesn't change the fact that they in reality
are still not the best vehicles ever invented. For example the carburetor,
sorry piece of engineering, rear ends, same, body's ability to shed water to
keep from rusting-worse. Fortunately, parts are very much available, but
all parts are propriatary. They were not designed to be a long lasting jeep
hence; the demil order, not a whim of Chrysler. If every one produced was
driven like an everyday car, you would see them like the Vega, Ford Pinto's
