Dear listers,

As it is that time of year we have over the weekend appropriatley changed
the homepage on www.milweb.net to blend in nicely with the festive fun.

As well as a a major update of new dealer and classified advertisers, we
are pleased to announce a
reciprocal arrangement with the popular UK based MV Magazine .
Milweb now posts all classified adverts published in MV Magazine and all
vehicle related adverts submitted for posting on MILWEB are passed to MV
magazine. You may wish to include a phone number on any ads submitted.
Latest issue , No 23, of MV Magazine hit the streets today (well came
though my letterbox anyway)
packed with superb colour pics of the Mons Tankers Weekend and the Bethune
MV Rally, plus features on Mighty Mites and a wonderful Australian
scrapyard....
If you havent yet seen this excellent magzine, I recommend you contact the
editor, Nick Bullock for subscription details (chevy+AEA-argonet.co.uk)

Now, cast your minds back to December 16th1944, when the Battle of The Bulge
started. 40 years on in 1984 a group of us convoyed to Bastogne to take part
in a major MV visit to the battlefields of the Ardennes.

To remind those who were there on that epic and very cold trip and to share
it with those who wern't (I can't believe it was15 years ago+ACE-) MILWEB will
be hosting a photo gallery from Thursday 16th December (which is of course
the 55th anniversary of the +ACI-Battered Bastards of Bastogne+ACI- as the 101st
became known) We are also hosting some pics of the 1996 trip organised by
Andre Witmeur (even by 1996 my photographic skills hadn't improved.....)

Please check it out from 0700 hrs December 16th, - just hit the Bastogne
gallery button on the homepage.....we are sure you will enjoy it.

With kind regards, NIGE
