I have an '84 M1009. I want to add a Type III receiver hitch to it. I want
to retain the pintle hook and leave the back basically stock looking. Has
anyone had any experience with adding a Type III hitch to their M1009? Will
a standard hitch work without modification to the hitch or the
undercarriage?
