You have the right idea. I checked the "dash plaques" I've received from car
shows and found that I had been to 42 shows in a year and a half. I intend
to take my Ferret to as many as possible these next few years. I've always
had cars that I did not particularly want people to run their hands over -
now I have one that someone can walk on! As soon as I detetrmine the best
way to allow folks to enter & exit a Ferret without sueing me for thumping
their head on something, I'll encourage that as well. If one were to look at
the local schedule for classic, custom and specialty vehicle shows, you'll
find that there are often as many as three or four local ones each weekend.
It's a great way to introduce others to the MVPA and let them know we are
not always live-in-the-woods extremists....
