I just purchased some tires for my deuce and they appear to be recaps? Did
the Army recap tires? These are the NDT tires and my concern is safety of
a recap. Is there a good procedure for the care and conditioning of tires
that would prolong the life and keep the weather checking from becoming a
problem?
