I will defer to those more knowlegable regard WHERE you would mount them, but it
seems to me that some heavy duty OD strapping or webbing, combined with heavy
duty parachute or fall protection harness hardware, with the suitable sewing of
leather under the buckles so it doesn't bite you, would work admirably to keep
you in the vehicle in the event of a crash.

Mike Hewitt (M-37) has installed lap belts from a five point harness on his
truck, and they do the job without taking away from the military look of the
overall vehicle. I'm planning to do the same thing to mine...

Any black seat belt material, with a black buckle should look fine on an MV...
