Excuse me if I'm wrong but I don't thing so. The weight of the recovery stuff in the bed has an
effect on the GVWR. It's like how an M109 shop van has a different towing capacity versus a regular
M35 with out the shop body. Even though they are both 2 and 1/2 ton trucks.
