AFV commo question

I am trying to locate one or two of the "Y" type cables that provides the interface from the tanker's CVC helmet to the track's (US vehicles) communications system.

If anybody can point me to a business that might have some for sale it would be appreciated, Fair Radio does not have them and that was the only source I knew of.
