I think the stock alternator is rated for 65A.

I think there's a 100A alternator kit. It's a complete replacment of
the alternator and regulator. I don't know what's involved in
upgrading a truck from 65A to 100A, besides the obvious replacement of
the alternator and regulator; my M109A3 (that's the shop van version
of the M35A2) came with the regular 65A alternator, and my HMMWV came
with the 100A kit already installed.
