TM 9-2800 lists two other Ben Hur type trailers, with Signal Corps K
designations (sorry I don't have it in front of me). Perhaps it is one of
these? As for the fire extinguisher bracket, that could have been bolted on
any time during the trailer's service life. Can you measure the distance
between the skids? I have a pair of WWII generators, both different sizes,
and they both could have fit into Ben Hur Trailers.
