T245 flywheel attach bolts

List,
Slowly reassembling my M37 engine.
Does anyone know if the 8 flywheel attach bolts (they are 7/16 by 1 1/4 SAE with a flat filed on the head to keep them from spinning). Are they grade 8? I am going to have to replace the nuts and will use grade 8, but if the bolts are not grade 8 I don't want to over-torque them.
