I concur with the "temporary ID" that a few people mentioned.
I will print up a simple card with a Big, Bold "MV" and my name under it.
Interestingly, a good-ole-boy mate of mine in southern Thailand gave me an
old US military ID holder that hangs around your neck. It is large enough
to accommodate a British driving license (5"x4"). Nicely in keeping with
the event.....
