Ok, I broke down and phoned him.
The email address had a typo, the correct address is ldh@thegrid.net. But
his computer is down, and he's not getting his emails.
Nice conversation with him. He says that he does the replicas as a hobby,
and does no advertising, as he produces only a few a year. Has no images
available, as the computer is down.
