I am still confused on the status of H.R.4205 The senate ammended
a pork barrel addition if I understand it correctly, and Spence
is not happy with it. The demil portion seems to be original
as drafted by Spence, not added on by someone else. Someone clarify
my understanding of this. The House has not voted on this yet
and is not due to return until Sept 6th, according to their website.
When they do return, they will squabble over the senate's amendment
before voting on it.
