Hi list!
It's BEER:30 at my house. Time out from sandblasting and time for a big
heaping sandwich, pickle and chips and a FAT TIRE amber ale. Yummy.
*URRRP!....'SCUZE ME!*
Today the blasting is going S L O W. I am tackling the last part of the
chassis that is playing "hard to get." It's one of those areas that is
constructed in such a way that all the sand comes right back at the mask and
hood, etching the lens and making it hard to see. It's also in one of those
spots that requires either sitting indian-style or lying on my back which
limits my ability to move about to get into the crevices. Everything else
should be clear sailing from here. Also undertook the final clean up of
that brake backing plate I took off the Scout this past week and some hubs
from by WC54 which have been holding up THAT project for forever. So, while
it doesn't look like I have made much progress so far, I actually have.
Gonna finish my lunch and then BACK TO THE SALT MINES!
Later, y'all.
TJ
